Our solution was created during the COVID 19 outbreak. As highly caring care providers, necessity forced us to think carefully about how we could support people who were isolated due to various risks that vulnerable people faced arising from the outbreak.
Our solution uses technology which allows us to support vulnerable people in their own homes when family, friends or carers cannot be with them.
Our service can also benefit local governments, enabling them to guarantee a level of support to people in lower risk categories who would benefit from a lower cost alternative to receiving visits from carers, achieving good outcomes and value for money.
We must say that in our view, the best solution is always people caring for people. However, when this is not possible, Virtual Carers is the solution!
